BINDWEED UPDATE
I feel I may have located the true nature of this weed:

It looks more like this than a true bindweed. It's called black bindweed apparently.

I too had "bindweed hell" at my plot, but reduced it by about 75% over 2-3 years

The other weeds you have are childs play in comparison.. just don't ever let them seed. Whack 'em in adolescence, and dig out the sow thistle and you'll be back on top in no time.

Yes..hand weeding is soul destroying as a few days later they are back again...
This organic gadget takes a lot of the effort out of it, and is quite cheap...dunno how much the refills are though.

You can also get "weedkiller on stick" type things with which you can just target isloated plants.
